The Pingle Academy uses an electronic payment system called WisePay.  Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a debit/credit card through a secure online account.

Using WisePay, you are able to top-up money on your child’s catering account and pay for visits.  However, cash paid into the machines in the cafeteria is for food and drink only.  We cannot transfer money to pay for visits or any other items.

Your WisePay account can be accessed at any time by clicking onto the WisePay icon at the top of any of our website pages.  If you decide to download the WisePay App you will need an organisation code, please contact us if you have not had the 8 digit code by email (issued 21/9/2018).

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘forgotten password’ option and follow the on-screen instructions.  A new password will then be issued by WisePay to your valid email address.

It is recommended that once you have your password, you change it.  Please note that The Pingle Academy or WisePay have NO access to your password or any credit/debit card details used for any transaction.

If you change your email address in the future, you will need to re-register with WisePay and let us know, so we can update our records.
