The Pingle School is a co-educational, comprehensive, foundation, secondary school for students aged 11-19 years. It is situated on a large secure site at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
We benefit from a wide range of specialist facilities, including a well equipped performing arts centre, a Learning Support Base, Autism Resource Centre and a purpose built Sixth Form centre.
Our vision is clear – every learner will succeed. We are dedicated to ensuring that every learner’s potential is fulfilled in a happy and caring environment. We are truly inclusive and aim to remove barriers to learning and achievement in and out of the classroom.
Our mission statement is: RESPECT | ENGAGE | SUCCEED. A place for everyone.
We offer a wealth of extra curricular opportunities and personalised support, tailored to meet each individual student’s needs. Our aim is that students who leave us will be well rounded individuals, with knowledge and skills for adult life in a fast changing world.
We recognise our moral and statutory responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children.
We endeavour to provide a safe and welcoming environment where children are respected and valued.
We are alert to the signs of abuse and neglect and follow our procedures to ensure that children receive effective support, protection and justice.
